Getting to the Show

Driving Directions

From the North: Take I-43 S to I-794 E and take exit 1E for Jackson St. Turn right onto E St. Paul Ave, and then turn left onto N Milwaukee St. After six blocks, cross the bridge and turn left onto S Water St. Next Act will be on your right.

From the West: Take I-94 E to I-794 E and take exit 1E for Jackson St. Turn right onto E St Paul Ave, and then turn left onto N Milwaukee St. After six blocks, cross the bridge and turn left onto S Water St. Next Act will be on your right.

From the South: Take I-94 W to exit 312A-312B toward Becher St/Mitchell St. Keep left and follow signs for Lapham Blvd/Greenfield Ave. Turn right on W Lapham Blvd and then left onto S 1st St. Travel one mile and turn right onto E Pittsburgh Ave. Travel two blocks and turn right onto S Water St. Next Act will be on your right.

From Bay View/South Side: Travel north on S Kinnickinnic Ave. Continue on S 1st St. Turn right on E Pittsburgh Ave and travel two blocks. Turn right on S Water St. Next Act will be on your right.

From Downtown/East Side:  Travel south on N Milwaukee St and cross the bridge. Turn left on S Water St. Next Act will be on your right.

Parking

There is limited parking in the lot to the southeast of the building that is available during performances. (Do NOT park west of the black fence; your vehicle may be ticketed and/or towed.) Click here for a map.

In addition to the lot, there is also free street parking surrounding the theatre on South Water Street, South Barclay Street, and East Pittsburgh Avenue (two hour limit until 7 pm).

Bus Routes

The #15, #18, and Green Line busses stop on the corner of South 1st Street and East Pittsburgh Avenue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the theatre wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is street-level access to the theatre. In addition, there are three seats that can be removed for a wheelchair and four seats for easy transfer from a wheelchair.

Are assisted listening devices available?

Yes, the theatre is equipped with an advanced technology Hearing Loop Listening System. The system will broadcast directly to those with T-coil hearing aids. Portable assistive listening devices for conventional listening are also available and may be checked out at the Concessions counter.

What happens if I am late to the show?

Due to the intimate configuration of the theatre, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate time in the performance, which may be at intermission. If you are running late, please call the Ticket Office at 414-278-0765.

What if there is inclement weather?

Performances will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or sporting events. Tickets are non-refundable.
